Dr. S.P. Kaushal (1953-2021) founded Sino Vedic Cancer Research Centre (Formerly known as Vedic Cancer Research Centre, Cancer Clinic and Research Centre) & Sino Vedic Cancer Clinic (Formerly known as Chinese Medicine Clinic), which, till date aims to serve cancer patients as per his guidelines. Dr. S.P. Kaushal, along with his team of doctors and scientists, discovered more than 450 anti cancer herbs having antimutagenic, DNA repairing, proapoptotic, antitumourangiogenesis, immunomodulatory, chemoprotective and radioprotective properties to formulate various Sino Vedic Formulations. He also published various books including “Cancer & Herbs”, “Heart & Herbs”, etc. which have been acclaimed worldwide and received appreciation from Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajypayee, Shri Dr. C.P. Thakur (Health & Family Welfare, Government of India), Shri Murli Manohar Joshi (Minister of Human Resource Development) and many others. Dr. S.P. Kaushal served humanity by treating cancer patients with the Sino Vedic Herbal Formulations & has accomplished more in his lifetime than most of us can even dream of.

Education:

Dr. S.P. Kaushal completed his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, Patiala (Punjab), India in 1976 and later did M.D. in Chinese Herbal Medicine. Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Solan has conferred the degree of “Doctor of Science” on Dr. S.P. Kaushal on 2nd of March, 2002 for his outstanding work in the field of medicinal herbs. Dr. S.P. Kaushal has also participated in many national and international seminars and symposia throughout his lifetime.

Work:

After completing his M.B.B.S., Dr. S.P. Kaushal started his research on the role of herbs for the holistic treatment of various diseases, as he was unsatisfied with the limitations of conventional treatment at that time. In 1985, Dr. S.P. Kaushal founded Sino Vedic Cancer Research Centre along with a team of doctors and scientists with the aim to explore the role of herbs to fight cancer. Dr. S.P. Kaushal, himself extensively toured Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and North East States of India to study the native herbs.

His books “Fight Cancer with Herbs” published in 1999 and “Cancer & Herbs” published in 2003 have been acclaimed worldwide. Dr. S.P. Kaushal formulated various herbal and ayurvedic formulations such as Oncotame, Oncotame Plus, Oncotame-S , Cancertame, Immunotone & Immunotone Plus for the treatment of cancer patients without side effects. These herbal formulations not only help to control the growth & spread of cancer but also helps to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy & hormone therapy.

Apart from this, Dr. Kaushal also formulated Agetame, Atherotame, Cardiovedic, Diabetame, Hepatovedic, Hormovedic, Immunovedic, Nephrovedic, Neurovedic & Orthovedic which helps in the treatment of various chronic ailments.
